  • Because all items are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or has a printing defect, contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include a photo of the item and your order number.

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund after verifying the issue with Printful or Printify.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days after the replacement is approved.


Additional Notes

  • Colors on screen may slightly differ from the finished product due to screen variations.

  • Custom requests or modifications after the order is placed cannot be accommodated.
